The place is very nice and the staff are the greatest. They were very helpful and went out of their way to make my mothers stay as pleasant as possible. Staff can make it or break it, they made it. Kudos to them. Would definitely recommend the place to friends.

Tschiertschen is a magical place, and Alpina Resort is the place to stay if anyone wants to explore this area. The hotel is strategically located, offers stunning views of the village, and provides skiers and snowboarders with the ski to door option. The quality of the hotel's restaurant is very high while the service of Dimitar and the rest of the staff was exceptional, something that was highly appreciated as we stayed there during the busy Christmas period. All very friendly and always helpful. Very highly recommended. We are definitely going back to this one.

I loved the balcony view of the mountains. Breakfast was exceptional, beds were very comfy. I especially appreciated the keyless management system of the establishment - you can unlock doors just with your phone through their app! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel has its parking places outside - no extra cost.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location, the facilities, attention to detail and overall the care, kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Beautiful, clean and cosy hotel. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bad, very friendly staff. The shuttle brings you with ski equipment to the skilift and back to the hotel. Spa is big, various and well organized. Pool is enough big for swimming with a relaxing lights and deco. Breathtaking nature, huge skiresort and hiking trails nearby.
