Amazing location, breathtaking views. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very welcoming and always there to make our experience unforgettable. Hotel manager was very kind to give us a lift to the ski resort. Room was very clean and had beautiful view. Spa facilities really good. Would definitely return. Thank you to all the staff.

Lovely staff, amazing breakfast! I was very impressed by the way the staff were treating us. The place is nice - rooms are nice and clean and have all the necessities. Good comfy bed - a lovely place in general! 10/10 would recommend!

    Good family hotel, good location, warm and comfortable. My only draw back was hard mattresses, which effected my sleep. No mattress toppers available. We also were not able to make a reservation in the hotel restaurant during the evening, so I recommend you book in advance of your stay. There is a good asian restaurant and steakhouse close by however. The spa is lovely, nice pool and good sauna. And the breakfast is decent for families too.

    We had a beautiful room on the 8th floor with mountain views. The room was spacious with a good seating area to relax or watch television. Breakfast was a very good buffet breakfast with almost everything one could wish for.

    Me and my husband had the loveliest stay. Even though it was a one night stay, it felt like a whole perfect weekend. The staff was exceptional - professional, kind, helpful, funny. They really made us feel as home and as valued guests. The room and view was amazing, spa and saunas just what we needed. Breakfast had a bit of all the main things: some bread, salmon, hams, some fruit, overnight oats, nuts and seeds, plus they made lovely omelett and pancakes. We will be going back.

    A very central hotel, with skibus right in front. Large, very clean rooms, comfy beds with an additional sofa bed and a terrace. A superb spa area with a beautiful swimming pool and saunas. Super friendly staff. Parking slots available, if you arrive by car. A very nice selection of food during breakfast, everything is freshly made and the products are of high quality. A walking distance to all the main attractions, and 7-10 minutes away by skibus from the main skiing area.

    Belle Epoque room was good size, great views, proximity to train station ideal. Dyson hair dryer. Bath and shower. All bathroom extras good quality. Mini bar provided, water available. Hotel and rooms very clean. Spa and sauna lovely with great views! Breakfast has lots of choice. Bar had good drinks menu.

    Ideal hotel location next to ski bus stop, food variety during breakfast, nice swimming pool and spa area for relaxing after skiing, storage rooms for skis, beautiful views from the balcony, coffee machines in the rooms.
