Wonderful stay at a fantastic property with incredible staff members. The property is new and the staff were knowledgeable and kind. We didn’t understand how the air conditioner worked so we called the front desk and they were able to correct it for us. We will definitely stay here again!

Location was incredible, food in the restaurant was brilliant, the infinity pool overlooking the Eiger and schreckhorn was unbelievable and so was the view of the same from our junior suite

We saw rhe reviews which were not very positive. However the hotel was very nice, the staff super helpful. We made a reservation for 2 adults and ended up travelling with our 15 year son. They added a bed without charging. The hotel was clean, beautifully located, Swiss style and is fully renovated. We liked it!
