I loved the balcony view of the mountains. Breakfast was exceptional, beds were very comfy. I especially appreciated the keyless management system of the establishment - you can unlock doors just with your phone through their app! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Beautiful, clean and cosy hotel. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bad, very friendly staff. The shuttle brings you with ski equipment to the skilift and back to the hotel. Spa is big, various and well organized. Pool is enough big for swimming with a relaxing lights and deco. Breathtaking nature, huge skiresort and hiking trails nearby.

We quickly felt at home in Stefania's appartment, we had everything we needed and slept like babies. :) All the more with the convenience of a hotel, the shuttle to the Laax Talstation, the ski cellar, the wellness/sauna area. The restaurant downstairs "s’nani" was very good (and a bit pricey), and in case we needed, the coop pronto across the street. We had all very clear instructions for self check-in&out from Stefania and great communication, although technically we did return the keys a bit late 😅

Very modern and new. very clean, Great social space and bar. staff were friendly. nice local hikes with the tree top walk only 7 min walk. beds are comfortable and room space was great. lockers with wrist band access. day spa below is a must. I was using the facilities twice a day after snowboarding. The restaurant produces great dinners and variety at breakfast time. Gym was great too!

Great facilities and services! Staff are friendly, the hot tub and indoor pool had great views and vibes. The shuttle bus was very useful to go from and to the ski lifts. The room amd bathroom were very spacious. Should be a 5 star hotel!

Just 50 metres from the cable car and 200 metres from the Yellow House, the Arena Guesthouse can be found in the centre of Flims-Dorf. It features a spa area and a nice lounge.
