A great hotel with a classy feel. Location was great to enjoy the view of Lugano and right next to the Funicular and buses. Pool was very nice with good hours, indoor and heated. Staff were very porfesisonal, friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

We were upgraded to a suite that provided us with much more room. The facilities were beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was of the highest quality.

The swimming pool area is amazing to relax. Our room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. We stay only one night in transit but we wish to come back!
