When you get a personalised service, nothing like it. The staff were so cooperative particularly the head chef Mr. Raymond who went out of his way to help us in preparing food for our baby which was out of their routine. This has touched me. A bit old, but well well-maintained Hotel. Was doubting regarding the dinner, but recommend just taking the recommended 5-course dinner. The food was way better than expected. The room is comfortable. The breakfast was really good, good products. No need for pre-booking of SPA. nice time after skiing. Very good view.

This is the best hotel in Grindelwald - modern, convenient, has a pool and SPA, excellent breakfast, underground parking lot. It is on the expensive side but in my view totally worth it. Highly recommended.
