Very cute and welcoming, quiet and comfortable, hand painted flowers on the furniture, located 5min walking from the ski lift and you can ski right back down directly to the hotel. Has a wellness center with a sauna and jacuzzi and hamam in the hotel - very relaxing after a long day of ski! Very comfortable beds, very homey and generous breakfast included. Scottish themed restaurant had an amazing homemade butterscotch cake with homemade smokey whisky-flavored ice cream. The manager was very nice, let us leave the car parked in the parking for the day while we skied after checkout.

The meals were incredible (especially dinners), the staff was polite, helpful and kind, the apartment was neat and clean - towels were changed every day!, the view from the window was unbelievable - and there was even a small balcony to enjoy it. Moreover, the house has an additional side building with a small sauna and jacuzzi as after-skiing leisure. A Ski rental, shop, closest ski lift and a bus stop to the skiing places are all within 5-minute-walking distance. And, of course, the cost for all the comfort we had and incredible food and sauna included, was totally decent.

Amazing overall experience: - Very clean everywhere and in great condition. It is clear the hotel is very well maintained - Very quite and chill atmosphere. The fact that the village is quiet also helped, however inside the hotel it was also aways quiet and relaxing - Service is great, everyone is very polite and helpful. Everyone spoke English - All facilities, including Spa area, library, fun area etc. - Breakfast was very tasty and the staff is very attentive

The breakfast was phenomenal. The location was perfect: the end of town (away from the crowds) and right next to the river (for the best white noise in all of Switzerland). They upgraded us to a balcony room which was awesome.
