The hotel meets standards of a five star hotel in more aspects than expected. Easily accessible Free water refills 24/7 plus an endless supply of free Shorley, local fizzy drinks and sealed bootlegs of sparkling water. The breakfast service was excellent with perfectly cooked eggs and all necessities of international breakfast buffet, not to mention the perfectly baked croissants and other bakeries. The front desk staff are polite and knowledgeable to all enquiries about activities and the hotel facilities. A warm welcome desert and lovely message was to meet us at the room. The coffee and milk was refilled daily. The rooms are spacious with multiple compartments providing privacy to the tenants and beautifully set out with a marvelous view. We were gifted a Local Made Jam jar on check out:) Free parking right outside the hotel, it is close to the bus station and they have their own ski slope! wonderful stay ♥️

It was beautiful, practical, easily accessible even in case of wheelchair, very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the balcony outside. The staff was friendly and ready to help. The little self-service market had even more than the necessary things and delicious delicacies. There is a free parking lot right in front of the condo. We would absolutely recommend it! A wellness center is nearby and the businesses in the nice little town offer also Italian products.

WOW!! I was surprised how wonderful is this place. Super clean rooms, comfortable beds, great food in restaurant, speechless views.

The included breakfast was really good! Excellent variety of quality products. Lunch and dinner also at high standards fairly priced! The staff was super friendly, attentive and helpful. Professional service at the front office and at the restaurant always with a smile! The room was very clean and thoroughly refreshed every day. Last but not least, if you are looking for a stay next to the lifts of Bikekingdom Lenzerheide look no further - I could literally roll from the hotel's garage into the bikepark!
