The accomodation and staff, especially Pablo, were fantastic. Our flight connection was delayed and Pablo helped organise transport so we could still arrive the day planned. We even received a Christmas gift. It was a great location which made it easy to access all Crans-Montana had to offer. The accomodation was modern, clean and luxurious. I highly recommend this property.

The place is Magical. Super clean and extremely luxurious in the attention to all details. Jean "the owner" when he met my family was full of positive surprises. Wine, chocolates, and morning croissant window were all gifts from him.

It s a 5 star for a reason and we saw that in everything from how we were received, taken to our room, the help, the service, the food and most importantly the staff. Exceptional !
