The staff always made me feel welcome and appreciated, very personable and lots of attention to detail. Special thanks to Alex ant the front desk and Roman at the Spa for their kindness. The spa is wonderful and included with great sauna and steam and a very good size panoramic pool. The feel of the hotel is elegant and classic. Wonderful piano music with dinner. Incredible breakfast with wonderful staff.

Great location! Nice staff and good service. Free gym is a surprise. They also provided 4 bottle of water and some fruit for free when we arrived. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer is very practical. Fantastic lake and Mountain View!

I had a wonderful stay at Schlosshotel Thun. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with beautiful views and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The spa area is small but charming, with everything you need to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the location — just a quick elevator ride down to the Old Town, which made getting around so easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thun!

We did fair amount of hiking in the mountains and it was fantastic to come back to Beatus, relax at the spa and have great meal and rest. View at the mountains and the lake was superb, we liked salt water and inside pool, swimming in the lake, food: breakfast, dinner any snacks, relaxing atmosphere. Pier for the lake boat was right by the hotel. Staff was always helpful and fantastic. Great service.

Spacious comfortable apartment in a typical Swiss Chalet near the lake. Great location for trips to the local sights. Shops around the corner. Nice touch for Christmas was the real tree with lovely decorations. We enjoyed our stay visiting the local sights and family.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, they tried very hard to fulfill all my needs and requests. Everything was super well maintained and comfortable. The spa area is also super comfortable. Breakfast was also great and with a huge options. I’ve nothing to fault the hotel.

The spa facilities are amazing, breakfast is included and sooo delicious, they are dog-friendly with a wonderful garden and quick access to a perfect lakeside walk for the dog. Amazing panoramic views in the restaurant, and the best spa I’ve been to in Europe!

Little wait to be checked in after a 9 hour drive but when we were checked in it was fast and efficient. Great views and breakfast room was very generous and the Spa was lovely. The bar menu for eating was limited in the evening but the view from the terrace was breathtaking.
