The staff, when we arrive was Franco at the front, he helped us a lot with recommendations and tips about Zermatt, was a very charming welcome. The best way to move between the hotel and Zermatt is the hotel shuttle, Norberto was our driver few times and is a very nice guy! Great experience at the Mountime !

It is very nicely located and the whole ambience of the hotel is nice, cosy and elegant. Staff was very attentive and helpful, rooms cleaned frequently and the view of Matterhorn from our balcony was a great bonus! Also, the breakfast had a great selection of food and drinks, even for the ones who are lactose-intolerant (soy and oat milk offered). SPA area is not big, but steam room and sauna offered a perfect finish for a long day of hiking.

Hotel Pollux is located on the main street (Bahnhofstrasse) in the heart of Zermatt, just 200m or two minutes walk from the train station. Our cosy rooms combine modern design with rustic elements.

Absolutely everything and even more! This is the most friendly, cosy, tasty, clean, comfy, lovely and details oriented hotel I ever stayed in. All staff is super welcoming. The location is just perfect: 7 minutes walk to the train station, 7 minutes walk to ski lifts, 5 minutes walk to city center. Breakfast was my motivation to wake up in the morning, absolutely delicious, with big choice of whatever makes you happy in the morning 😋 Huge thank you for making me feel like at home ♥️ I will definitely come back!
