We had an excellent stay at the Schloss. From the perfect location in front of the train station to the top-class spa, friendly and attentive staff, delicious breakfasts and tea time, and the pleasant atmosphere in the living room and common areas—everything was wonderful. We loved our spacious room and if you leaned over the balcony you could see the Matterhorn. The staff was extremely welcoming to usabd our 2 dogs, delicious breakfast and we loved their kindness to let us use their spa ( after check out) once we came back from a very long hike . The hosts were great, from the front desk to the restaurant. Rooms were very nice, very clean, very comfortable and well stocked. View of the Matterhorn from our room was very pretty. Appreciated their welcome note with chocolates and their good bye bag of bottled water and chocolate bars. Looking forward to be back.
