An idyllic hotel with sublime staff and top location. Highly recommended place if you’re visiting the city. From reception, to service team, they were all just amazing. Very helpful and friendly people who have done their best in their hands to make us feel like at home. The breakfast was of a wide range, the pool was always quiet, and the rooms kept at high standards -although perhaps they need a bit of an update-.

This hotel offers 5-star accommodation, varied dining options and a wellness centre with whirlpool, gym, sauna, squash court, massages and beauty treatments in the heart of Santiago.

The location was perfect. Las Condes is an upscale neighborhood featuring nice restaurants, parks, cultural venues, and well-maintained streets. The 30-minute metro ride to the historic city center was well worth it, all the more so because there was a metro station less than a block away.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in Chile during our 2-week trip. The location could be a little strange in the night time outside, but absolutely safe inside. The room was great in terms of size, cleanliness and the amenities provided. The bathroom is very spacious. The design inside of the hotel and in the rooms is very special. the roof top restaurant was very good including the choice of food and drinks. The wine was great and the signature drinks were just amazing. The staff at the front desk and in the roof top restaurant were all great! The transport to the airport early in the morning was also with very fair prices compared to other 5* hotels in Santiago. All in all we definitely would choose it again for our next stay in Santiago.

Jose from the front desk was very accommodating. The hotel and room design were very well thought out. It's a very trendy and comfortable place to stay and could definitely see staying for longer periods of time.
