- location is great/ Lastarria, close to old part of town, walking distance to cute little restaurants. Mercado centrale, Santa Lucia Hill, etc. - great breakfast/ poached eggs were my favorite - food in the restaurant was awesome/ ceviche is fantastic and must try, - pamper yourself with pisco sour in a hotel bar on a terrace with a great view of Santiago and San Cristobal (funicular) - very helpful, nice and kind staff - they gave us great advice about everything whatever question we had!

Ideal location next to the train station so easy to get about Santiago.It has an outstanding buffet breakfast, great service, a fantastic pool/spa on the top floor with sublime sunset views on its terrace and luxurious rooms. The staff went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. Jonathan on reception was brilliant and so friendly , really going above and beyond to help us. Christian on the door/concierge was a great welcome after a long flight and always helpful with advice on where to go out. Highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat

The rooftop pool had epic views and plenty of seating. The location is wonderful - it's a 10 minute walk from San Cristobel Park and is located on a very safe, beautiful, tree lined street,. The staff are accommodating, helpful to call taxis for us. The breakfast was a favourite part - coffee, tea, yoghurt, tomatoes, meats, cheeses, pastries etc. Highly recommend. We felt very special on our honeymoon.
