Everything, especially very helpful executive lounge staff. Definitely my choice for coming to Chengdu again. Better than St Regis a couple off street away where I had not a great experience.

Room is very large and well equipped. Great for family. I booked 2 bedrooms apartment with bathroom in each bedroom. There is sofa and dinning table for sitting, relaxing together. The hotel is adjacent to Raffles city depatment store which is very convenient for shopping and restaurants. Veey luxurious with affordable price. We will definitely come back to stay here in the future.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Chengdu, Ascott Qinhuang Chengdu is an apartment surrounded by views of the city.

I really like the property. The hotel is brand new and the room was extremely comfortable. The hotel has definitely a unique touch and good vibe. The location in the new part of the city is great, just by a range of good restaurants and bars. It is also easy to reach the old town and main tourist attractions by metro or taxi. The Hilton Changhua was excellent. The make-up service was quick and efficient. I put on the light when I went down to breakfast and when I came up an hour later the room had been completely refreshed. The food from the Chinese restaurant was excellent.

Amazing nice place. The staff is top class! So friendly, helpful and correct. We had some odd requests, such as local Chinese treatments, acupuncture. Then a breakfast bag to go at very early departure. Nothing was to difficult for them. The hotel is beautiful and calm. Very good location, the Italian restaurant is great as well. Very pleasant stay! Thank you staff and crew of this pearl. Chengdu was a very positive surprise!
