Great location for accessing the duty free shop and visit Atlantis. Super beautiful and secluded private beach. The service was very good. We could get a crib and a step chair for our toddler. The kids center is also very nice. lots of activities.

The staff are true professionals: they speak English, use translators when needed, everything is clear, polite, and with a smile. I was even given complimentary breakfasts and a discount voucher for the SPA — such a lovely touch! Hyatt Regency means stability, safety, and comfort. The atmosphere is so friendly and truly “foreigner-friendly” that I felt completely at home. 💙 I didn’t want to leave. This place is magical, and I will definitely come back!
