I have stayed in 6 different hotels in Manizales and so far this is the best because of location safe and quiet, rooms were spacious and very clean. Had a mall across the street, supermarket drugstore, everything you may need at hand, great access to transportation. The staff was awesome great service and the breakfast excellent!

This is a spectacular reserve where you feel tucked away in the forest. You will wake up to the calls of the Common Potoo outside your window, but be greeted by fresh coffee (picked and roasted on site) when you wander out your door. The property is beautiful, simple, comfortable, and incredibly thoughtfully designed. If you are a birder, you MUST stay here. Fernando will guide you expertly through the forest and tailor his guidance to your experience level. One of our favorite places we’ve ever birded. And the food was absolutely delicious.

We liked everything about the hotel! It started with the welcome we received when we arrived - it was pouring rain and we were with our motorcycles, soaking wet and tired; the lovely gentleman from reception came outside to welcome us and show us where to park so we'll be as close as possible to our room, and brought a trolly with him so that we can carry our stuff to the room. The room was a bit small, but immaculately clean and well equiped. The outdoor area of the hotel is stunning, and beautiful to wander around in, so many flowers and birds and sheep and butterflies. we missed the tours, but had we stayed another day we'd definitely join them. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was fantastic, we had a great dinner there as well as breakfast (included in the price) and it was great to have somewhere close by to dine

The staff makes you feel like at home! They bring you food to your room that you just need to heat and the breakfast has a delicious farm to table concept. We also tried the yoga and it was amazing. We can also recommend the massage. The architecture and the property itself is just lovely, super recommended if you want to relax!

The natural hot springs were wonderful, the staff was attentive and helpful, and we could have as many towels as we needed. The setting in the mountains was gorgeous. The buffet breakfast the next morning was delicious and plentiful.
