Nice building and room was clean and spacious. Free coffee in the lobby and the staff were really helpful.

The staff was exceptionally cordial and nice. They made sure your needs were being taken care. Breakfast was good and tasty.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beds are great. Breakfast was a very delicious and traditional Colombian menu. Massages were fun. But the highlight gotta be the service, it's something else. I was sick and needed some medicine, Eduardo, the host, went to the pharmacy in person to get the medicine and even paid from his own pocket. I obviously refunded the money but still, that was something else. No doubt I will stay at this hotel during my next trip. PS. My fiancee and in-laws also loved the place and specially the service.

Location, location, location. What stood out the most was the location, right in the heart of the Circunvalar of Pereira. Being so close to bars and nightlife made it incredibly convenient to enjoy a night out and get back safely. The hostal itself is cozy, with clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff is welcoming and attentive.
