The owners were amazing, Andre in particular was great. We had suffered several delays and lost luggage and so we arrived at the property extremely stressed. Andre and the team were very generous with their attention and care. They even followed up with the airline to help trace our bags which we were eventually able to find!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Terasu! We got the best sleep, as the beds were extra comfy. The staff was very kind and extremely helpful. Breakfast was a delight and we enjoyed the location being a short walk from the main part of town. We would most definitely return and will on our next stay in Salento!

Margarita and Ignasi were superior hosts- so warm, friendly, caring and knowledgeable. The property is a 10 min walk out of town down a lovely dirt road with beautiful views. Our room was beautifully appointed , with a cozy bed, great view and comfortable shower. Breakfast was delicious and nicely presented.

In general everything was excellent. Jeffrey and his wife were very welcoming, always available to meet our needs. The location was amazing, we loved to enjoy the morning time at the balcony surrounded by the mountains.

The view was amazing! The flowers are gorgeous and there is a nice coffee/dessert restaurant next-door. But nothing for supper.

We had a corner room on the second floor. The room was very spacious, nice modern design and very clean. It has an ensuite large bathroom with hot water in modern style. The bed was extreme comfortable which we enjoyed after our hikes. Everything you need in a large room. In the front it has a seating area and in the back a small balcony. The location was perfect, a few minutes from the plaza and in a very safe neighborhood. Actually we always felt very safe in Salento. The front desk is very attentive and friendly. Always there to support you.

It was fun and filled with colorful flowers also there were dogs. The hike was wonderful which was lead by a dog named sol. Ella age 12 I love the food and the massage for kids and the The water fall.Thomas age 8 our family had a wonderful stay at the eco-resort. My kids were blown away by the fact that the dog soul took us on a tour of the waterfall. Everything from the service to the accommodations was spectacular. Highly recommend.
