The staff was super helpful in arranging an early morning airport shuttle for me. Plus directed me to the complimentary service on the 6th floor for an evening cup of tea and snack, when I came in late and tired. These things made me feel well cared for.

Stayed here on first night in Costa Rica after picking up hire car in nearby Belen depot. Comfy room, lovely gardens and setting. Safe neighbourhood (went for a run locally). Nice pool area too. We had drinks, dinner and breakfast (huge buffet spread) - really well set up, and great for the first night in a new country after a long day of flights to get there.

The location Escazu is a very nice place to live in. The room was big spacious clean I love the pool sitting poolside was so fun. I love the live music at the lobby it was so romantic being with my partner there I'll always cherish it. The beds are very comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay here. John from the reception was very friendly, he changed my room as the first one was pretty noisy and tried to make everything that was in his power for me to feel confrontable. The bed was amazing, I slept like a baby, felt also pretty safe. The cleaning lady did an amazing job, my room was cleaned everyday and i received fresh towels. Breakfast was also good. I will defenetly come beck here.
