The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend the spa - the ladies there were very kind and I had an amazing massage and facial there during my stay. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. We also received a free upgrade to a suite with 2 rooms! Room 403, on top floor - huge! 2 TVS, massive bathroom with jacuzzi bath, large L shaped sofa, large balcony. I couldn’t complain!Guest review bySabrinaYoung couple

The staff was always positive, helpful, and welcoming, and the food was excellent - especially the breakfast! The room was spotless - they take cleanliness very seriously at this hotel - and the bed was comfortable. The indoor pool area is complete with a sauna and jacuzzi. From the receptionists to waitress and the SPA girls.The hotel is amazing with amazing relaxing environment. It was one of the best experiences we had and we will definitely be back soon. Breathtaking views from the sea-view room and very rich breakfast buffet. There were plenty of activities in the hotel area including tennis court, spa and play room with different board games. The outside pool area is very aesthetic and stylish. The whole hotel was absolutely spotless with very clean rooms and halls. When checking in we were welcome with a drink - a glass of champagne. The room had a sea view and was a good size. We had a complimentary bottle of wine, and daily a bottle of water. Tea bags and coffee, milk were replenish daily. Breakfast was awesome. It was so vast and varied. We were spoiled for choice.
