ChinaAmazing hotel, five-star amenities, five-star service! When parking and picking up luggage, there is a waiter waiting in the parking lot. When we see that we are Chinese, we will say hello in Chinese, which makes us feel very good! The manager George is a very good person, with thoughtful and enthusiastic service. My family and I feel that it is my favorite hotel in the whole itinerary. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely come back!

It fulfils all your high expectations: starting from a welcoming smooth check in and the spectacular room with an amazing view, ending with a small thank you gift by a hotel at the check out. We couldn’t be more happy with a stay! Ther room was huge, bright with a lot of windows, Spa area is amazing! food and the cocktails at the restaurant were beyond the expectations! highly recommend Pupp as a part of Karlovy Vary visit experience.

It was very close to the center. Everything was within walking distance (shops, supermarkets and bus stop). Very comfortable beds, nice clean spacious bathroom. Good quality and choice of food available at breakfast. Lovely wellness suite with sauna and steam room. Minibar was very reasonably priced!

Breakfast was good. plenty of choice. Tea was poor, coffee good. The cakes in the cafe were good, as was the service everywhere. The exception being the outside (front) bar area, which had less good service.
Room was good, clean and spacious.
The spa was reasonable, the hot sauna was excellent, the medium heat one was okay, the seam room was poor. No strong steam. My wife has a massage which she was pleased with. We didn't use the pool though many people did. The spa was open all day until 21:00 which was very good.

We enjoyed immensely our stay at Corso. Good location. Large, nicely warm designed room. Good breakfast. Clean everywhere. Fantastic small beautiful designed wellness area with so good showers, the saunas the best and the massage professionel top notch. We will be back. Thank you for a memorable time.

We were pretty happy about our stay in general. The bedroom were spacious and nice but I can’t relate it to cosy one. Free wellness provides with the swimming pool and one Finnish sauna. The breakfast is not going to be easy ride in case you are vegan or gluten free person. For vegetarians, it is just boring.

Everything was like described, long check out time -we could sleep longer.. just perfect. Nice room, clean, breakfast very rich, stuff very friendly. Spa and wellness: clean, warm, Massage top, Bad robes, towels for free in the Spa area !
Our stay was a dream, we will come for sure again.

Location was beautiful, staff was friendly and courteous, breakfast was as expected and tasty. The spa services and sauna and pool access were the high points for us, really good services and super relaxing!

This is a experience spa hotel. You get the spa experience but also you stay in a 600 year old castle in the middle of the forest, so it is quite a unique place.
We particularly liked the breakfast (ok for vegetarians, might be tricky for vegans, but you can contact them before to for dietary requirements).
The spa is also really good with plenty of options for massages and skin treatments. The 2 saunas and jacuzzi by the pool are also really relaxing.
We really loved our time here and will come back for sure.

Spa hotel with lots of wellness facilities, located in the middle of the city. Outdoor pool and spring water pool were fantastic. Highly recommended for relaxation after a busy day. Restaurant buffet was great.
