The reception staff was amazing, the manager and restaurant staff were very kind and accommodating! The facilities were luxurious and very comfortable. Everything. we loved our stay. The hotel was beautiful and the wellness amenities were great. The best thing though, was our dining experience. I believe Denisa is the name of the woman who was taking care of us. She was wonderful, her service was spot on and she took care to remember our preferences. She provided the best dining service I've experienced. I highly recommend adding the meal option to your booking. We did and we're delighted to learn that on top of our breakfast buffet, we also got a three course lunch as well as a three course dinner. Highly rated this hotel

Location is great - in the center but away from all noise, close to thermal resort, restaurants, grocery and souvenir stores. Both A3 and A4 are very stylish! It was a pleasure to come back there every day and spend evening with the family in such a gorgeous rooms. Bathroom with jacuzzi in A4 is a blast! The host is very responsive and helpful! We LOVE the apartments!
