I request refund of our payment since the behaviour of the owners was unpolite and unprofessional They didnt even know about the reservation thiug we paid, we were coming to the apartment and it looked like it in not ready 45 before arrival. The owner was highly unpleasant telling me there are more Apartments and more owners and maybe I booked another one (sic!) I didnt. This was the last one. I described it etc After the owner called me back and confirmed it was too. 1) i would not go for accommodation where people make a lot of money and obviously dont care 2) i had to find another shelter for my son and mě, right away, not drive to a place uncertain we have some vacancies Eva Kalousová

The breakfast was delicious and had many offerings including a liver sausage, fried eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes and very good bread. I did not walk much around the property but there is a path downhill along the edge of the property that I think would ultimately take you to town. The of the Jesseniky Mountains view is spectacular. The birds sang in the mornings at dawn. The bus that takes you to the hot spring pools is very convenient.

Amazing place! Unfortunately we only stayed there for one day, I wished we’d stayed for a week. There is a really nice vibe, great activities for the kids (like the swimming pool which the entire family enjoyed, the playground, there were badminton rackets, bow and arrows etc to borrow). The garden is lovely. Great facilities to BBQ. The breakfast is small and lovely. There are also washing machines and dryers that are free to use. The owners are just amazing, like what everyone says! We arrived late and hadn’t thought about bringing food, there is some local produce to buy (as well as wine, beer and soft drinks) at an honesty bar (which makes me love the place even more), for us adults it was perfect but our kids love pasta :) The owners then gave us a pack of pasta from the kitchen for free, and our evening was saved ❤️ We will definitely be back (for a longer time next time) Do not miss the world’s longest sky bridge and all the activities around there.
