He made us feel right at home, and answered all our questions and concerns. But the spa was amazing. To have these facilities was wonderful. The hotel layout was quirky in a good way. we have decided to return when we next in Germany. Loved to robot working in the breakfast room. Range of options was delicious both to eat and drink.
