The staff is friendly, helpful and very professional. They go out of their way to make one’s stay as nice as possible.There is also something of an exceptional value at the hotel: soothing silence. This, now rather rare phenomenon is really highly appreciated. The Steinle Hotel offers the luxury of no unnecessary background music. Dinner was very nice even if the kitchen closes a bit to early for business guest. I got a free upgrade and my room was huge with a very nice batroom with shower & tub so I took a bath instead of being able to go to the wellness area.
