I like the facilities of the property very much!! Nice warm in-door pool and a very beautiful view at out-door 36 degree spa pool! Moreover, the sauna are great too!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming! The location was ideal as it was within minutes of hikes and attractions but also gives you a feel that you are off the beaten path. We fully took advantage of the on-site spa. Our last night there I had their house special for dinner and it was one of the best meals I had during our trip! Also super pet friendly offering a nice wooded walking path at the back of the hotel.

Breakfast is included and it's absolutely delicious! The staff is incredibly friendly and treat you like family. Although we didn't utilize this service, they provide you with bus passes to get around town in - which is a nice perk! They have a handful of different types of saunas which were super relaxing to go around and rotate in. The pool is clean and great to cool off in after the saunas.

This guest house is set in a quiet and beautiful location on a mountain in Oberau, with views across the valley towards the Watzmann and Untersberg mountains.

Everything was fantastic. Beautiful hotel, facilities and area. Would not go anywhere else on our return to Berchtesgaden.

The staff is very friendly and supportive. They know very well the location and can give you good advice about how to enjoy your staying at Konigsee. The hotel is also very flexible in terms of parking and check-in/check-out. Was ossible to leave our car and luggages there while we were exploring the area, even after the staying.
