The owner, Steffen and his family members - Maximilian and Eva made the extra effort to build rapport with us. They made us feel so welcome at the hotel. They even had a free 'gluhwein' session outside the hotel for all the hotel guests on the evening we arrived. Steffen was so sweet and gifted us a bottle of 'gluhwein' when we complimented how tasty his homemade 'gluhwein' was. Such a lovely man ! Besides that. the room, sauna, breakfast and dinner were excellent!

Everything was right here from A to Z Top hotel, extremely friendly and professional staff Excellent location, a dream of a spa including indoor/ outdoor swimming pools and a pond. Hotel Franks is a magnificent high- end hotel offering a personalised and superior service with a great view towards the Alps. Food is fantastic at all levels. I highly recommend this little gem.

Everything went perfectly, we arrived and received the bus ticket which lets you get closer to the hiking trails. The sauna and whirlpool were amazing after the hike. The breakfast the next day was amazing. The hotel is super clean and the staff are friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a trip in the Allgäu area.
