The location is great (10 mins away from the train station). Since it was a villa, the architecture is amazing and the interior is very well decorated. The view of the snowy mountains is amazing to get up to. The staff are so nice and helpful. When you get to the room you have a bottle of water and also a bottle of wine in the room for free.

Didn't have the breakfast there, but the room was amazing, when you arrive the hotel, you really can't expect what you are going to see inside... the rooms are perfect, speechless. The place around the hotel is quite unique too. Also has the best restaurant I went in Switzerland, just two blocks away from the hotel . I sure will be back in the future.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. We easily found it by car, but we are not sure about its accessibility with public transport. short distance to the local attractions ( Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau Castles). The staff was very welcoming. We had an upgrade of our room, which was unexpected and brightened our stay. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options, and the dinner menu offered local specialities. We enjoyed the spa facilities: it was quiet in the evenings during the weekend (end of April), but we expect to be busy in other periods.

This hotel is pristine clean, the facilities wonderful, and a lovely location right on the side of the lake. However, what makes the hotel even more wonderful is the staff; they were incredibly friendly and accommodating, delivering an excellent customer service throughout our stay. I think this is more appreciated as we were English and spoke hardly any German, and it was a predominantly German hotel (as we expected). This was the first stop on our Honeymoon, and they were wonderful on upgrading our room so that it had views of both the mountains and the lake, adding rose petals on the bed, they decorated the table formally for our first dinner, and as a farewell they gave us a bottle of sparkling wine. I particular want to identify two members of staff who were particularly lovely ; Lara who was on reception and greeted us to the hotel was very nice and made us feel very welcome. And Sören, who we believe was the restaurant manager, and who looked after us on both evening meals, and whose customer service was outstanding, ensuring we were comfortable the entire time.

This small boutique and Design Hotel is a romantic hideaway located beneath Neuschwanstein castle 3km away from Füssen.

Staffs are very friendly and provides excellent service. The place is amazing. Just need a little bit of walking to reach the carriage and buses which can take you to the castles. Overall experience is wonderful. Recommendable and surely to visit again.

Fantastic hotel! Great location with stunning views! Swimming pool overlooking mountain and lake view Sauna was modern, clean and new Best part is the staff and service, they were very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond! Special mention to Yvonne! She’s fantastic!
