We had very great stay here in Europaischer Hof. The hotel staff are very friendly & helpful. It’s first time we take our 2years old daughter travel to Europe, we felt welcomed everywhere. The hotel room are spacious with both modern and classic design. We can enjoy many oil paintings / masterpiece all around. We enjoy the hotel breakfast very well. My little daughter even get a surprise toy from hotel manager. Thanks a lot for everything. We will back some day.

Amazing hotel and so close to the train station. Great facilities and the rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The rooftop bar was good and the staff were accomodating and friendly.

The room was beautiful, bigger than expected and very comfy. We had all we needed for a pleasant stay. We loved wellness - we were alone there and the saunas were very nice. Also we had dinner at the restaurant and it was SO tasty. Worth every euro :)

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please give your staff awards! Dominic went beyond to help us - He made us comfortable, helped us - even took us to the railway station to help us book the ticket back to Walldorf. They made sure we have everything we need during our stay.

Everything was just perfect-from the check-in procedure to the rooms-to the restaurant- But most and foremost the staff. So friendly and warm-not what you would expect from Germans normally.     We loved everything about our stay here. We spent time by the pool, relaxing after our long journey. I had the best massage of my life the next evening. We loved that you can get complementary coffee in the morning without having to buy breakfast. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our bed was comfortable, the room was quiet. It honestly didn't feel like a 4-star stay, more like a 5-star stay. Suffice to say, we're planning our next trip here

    Our rooms were very well equipped and clean. We lacked nothing and had a beautiful view with pleasant spaciousness. The beds were very comfortable, and it was also very quiet despite the nearby street so that we could find our rest here. Unfortunately, we did not have breakfast or use the wellness area, so I cannot comment on this.
