The staff was excellent! Friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in making my stay comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. Nice little touches like a free bottle of water in my room and some gummy bears!

Fantastic stay. Spacious rooms that are well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful when required. The pool and sauna area was in keeping with the rest of the hotel: calming and well presented.

We booked this hotel as we wanted a convenient location for X-mas markets. You could walk comfortably in 15 minutes to the main square and enjoy markets. Arriving and parking was very comfortable, we can definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was excellent during the stay. Front desk and staffs were friendly, breakfast was extraordinary, room service was great, bed was comfortable, location is perfect.

The breakfast buffet was incredible!!! Probably one of the best I have experienced in Germany as there were plenty of options. It was spacious and clean. The toiletries were high quality so it was a relief to find items like a shower cap, nail filers, slippers, robe etc. This was a welcomed surprise since all of the hotels I've stayed at included a one in all body wash and shampoo. My poor hair was very dry as a result.

1. Central location: 3min. by foot from the main railway station, 4 min. from the old city, walking distance to the Documentation Center. 2. Several supermarkets close to the hotel (Norma, Penny) and a lot of small shops. 3. It is not a 5-star hotel, so room was not big, but absolutely enough for 3 people. 4. Kitchen in the room!!! All you need was there! We used it for the breakfasts only. 5. Room was clean and it was warm in the whole hotel. 6. Super sauna!!! We were there 2 evenings, just alone. Nice relax area. Wonderful shower with many modes. Many towels. 7. Very good fitness centre. 8. Nice stuff, very friendly, even let us stay 2 more hours in the room after the check-out. 9. We did not take breakfasts, but I am sure they were good as well ))

Owner is very friendly and following everything very closely; cleaning, our comfortably, if we need or unlike somethings... incredibly nice person. House and rooms are well furnished and beautifull. There are everything we need in high quality. House in a very green garden with beautiful design with 1 huge tree, squirrels, pigeons... the beautiful old building has history.... Metro and light metro are very near Shopping center is just in front og house, 1 min. It was my business trip staying, became like holiday staying... Thanks to owner... I will visit again with my wife and children in a vocation in the future...
