Everything! Fantastic location. Excellent , friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic room, beds, linen and bathroom. Lovely toiletries and a lovely gesture of a bottle of water for our journey when we left. Excellent bicycle storage which was handled very kindly by the staff.

This hotel oozed luxury from the moment we stepped inside. The staff were so helpful and the room was amazing. Beautifully appointed with a really large room, bath tub, double vanity and a shower.

The family room was bigger than expected, clean and lovely. It was nice that our room was on the same floor as the SPA area. The Hotel is in the very central area and has comfortable parking for an additional fee.

I came with my grandmother who had just lost her husband. I didn't want her to spend new years alone. I prepared the hotel and they were amazing. They gave us one of the most beautiful rooms, we're extremely nice and accommodating and made my grandma feel special. We laughed so much. Thank you! To everybody there!
