The staff here were so very obliging and helpful. Really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The mountain views from our room were amazing not to mention the view of Neuschwanstein every morning. The Bavarian countryside is breathtaking and we enjoyed every moment.

Great location, but in particular the extra help provided by Torsten when we thought we had left our passports at a previous accomodation. He immediately called and waited around for a return call. This is a cosy place, close to the mountains and a beautiful lake. We woke up and listened to the cows nearby.
