Traveling without car was absolutely no problem, room was impeccable, other facilities (spa and gym) were top notch and as promoted, breakfast was arguably one of the better parts of staying at Caro & Selig, and above all, the staff and level of service was amazing.

I loved everything about this hotel. I booked because it was right across the street from my meeting venue and I was extremely surprised to find this amazing property and the ultra friendly staff. The facilities were superb. The spa, lounge, the welcome drink, the pool!!!!! The food was amazing too!

It is a lovely privately-run hotel, in ideal location: 5 min walk to Tagernsee lake, 5 min to the bike rental shop, 20 min to Wallbergbahn (the lift which goes up the mountain for sightseeing and hiking). The staff is very friendly - we arrived after official check-in time, so the keys were left for us in the mailbox, very kind) Excellent well-balanced breakfast (have food choice for both meat-eaters and vegetarians); very fresh and delicious bread and bakery! We lived in spacious 2-rooms apartment with a garden view (i believe this was a suite or lux) on 1st floor, #121. everything very tidy, bed and beddings are nice and comfortable.
