The hotel appears to focus on delivering good value. Policies & procedures are quite "common sense" while the "goal" seems to be providing guests with a good deal. This shouldn't be remarkable, but it is. Breakfast pricing is an "invitation" not an opportunistic rip-off. There is a mini-bar - but this seems to be a convenience, not a bottom-line-padding attempt to "trap" guests who do not feel confident going to the store. It was also simply a lovely room with great facilities, well-spoken and welcoming staff, and comfortable beds - the usual compliments available to hotels. My expectations have been raised. Storck has rather set a new standard.

The staff were very friendly and so helpful, they made our stay a delight. The restaurant was superb, with a varied menu and superb presentation. Bad Iburg is a great location, and we'll try to return in summer.

Can't remember when it was the last time I was in a bubble bath. It was amazing. There are two apartments, we had the small one which was totally big enough.

This family-run, 4-star-superior hotel opposite Münster Train Station offers soundproofed rooms, free Wi-Fi, and a large spa area. Münster’s historic cathedral and town hall are a 10-minute walk away....

The reception staff were the best we have met for a long time. Welcoming, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, they even anticipated our needs. Location near the middle of Muenster. Parking on-site. Whenever it was last upgraded/decorated, it was done with the best possible materials. It looked new. Pieces of period furniture and wonderfull lighting. Excellent room with plenty of hanging and shelf space. Large bed. Bathtub in the bathroom. Fridge. Large TV with English language programs. Breakfast very good. Buffet cooked food much better than usual. Restaurant staff very helpful and welcoming. When in Muenster you should stay here.

The hotel is located in the forest and by the lake. It is a beautiful environment and it is quiet. The hotel itself is well maintained. It's very clean. The beds were lovely. There is an automatic coffee maker for grinded coffee, which is great.

We booked the place mainly because of the beautiful location, but the hospitality of the hotel and the staff, lovely room and delicious breakfast made our weekend. We also got help with a broken bike. Thank you for having us and we will definitely come back!
