Excellent price/quality. Beautiful, clean hotel with 5 stars staff. They made our stay unforgettable. Special thanks to Abdul and his friends from kitchen (he is a magician and we were more happy to see him than to eat), Mohamed and Tony from animation team (always there for us, special thanks for Arabic lesson - teşekkür ederim Mohamed), Ahmed from reception (professional and always helpful). Hotel: easy access, clean, always in excellent condition pools, good water in bathroom, good A/C, great variety in kitchen, personalized meals, new bathroom, good bed, activities every day with animation team. This vacation was our first experience with this hotel and chain, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice! Right from the start, we received a complimentary early check-in. This gesture was just the beginning of what felt like a constant effort by every staff member to go above and beyond to meet our needs. The resort itself is huge, combining two hotels—Vita and Villagio—under one roof. Guests have access to the facilities at both hotels. Although both of them were fully booked during our stay, it hardly ever felt crowded. The peak times for breakfast and dinner were sometimes busier, but we always managed to find a table. Dining was a highlight, with six restaurants across the resort offering a variety of cuisines, plus a special “themed” dinner every evening at one of the restaurants. The food selection was noticeably better than the average fare at most Egyptian hotels. The beach was spacious, with distinct areas where you could choose between a peaceful spot or a livelier section with music and activities. Vita Resort had just reopened six months ago following renovations, so our room was brand new. We booked a seafront bungalow, and it was an excellent choice—only a few minutes walk to the beach, with the Mediterranean restaurant nearby. We didn’t mind walking to the other restaurants, bars, or the main stage for evening shows. Long story short: If you’re looking for a high-quality resort experience, I absolutely recommend Portofino Vita! Overall, Portofino Vita has so much potential and an amazing team that truly elevates the experience. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to see how they continue to improve an already fantastic resort! We would like to extend our gratitude to Assist. Front Office Manager Mustafa Othman for his exceptional friendliness and his efforts to accommodate all of our needs. Special thanks to lifeguard Abdul, our housekeeper, and the beach and reception bar waitstaff. We felt like at home with their care❤️

The staff were incredible- helpful and always cheerful and polite. The sea was great- good coral reef and easy access via the pier. We were always able to find place at meals, at the beach and at the poolside.

A fantastic place—this time we visited the hotel spontaneously, but it’s already one of our many stays here. The hotel is perfectly located, with excellent service and very good food. We had a wonderful time and will be coming back again in a few months. Special thanks to Tarek at the reception, who helped us organize everything on-site, as we decided to come at the last minute. We love this hotel—everything is perfect, the most beautiful sunrises, an ideal beach, and fantastic people!
