1- Hotel location: It was perfect for my needs. 2- Service: The staff was generally respectful and helpful throughout my stay. 3-Spa & Massage center: I also enjoyed the spa and massage center. Services were reasonably priced and provided a relaxing experience. 4-Restaurants: The variety of restaurants on-site was a big plus. The Italian restaurant, in particular, stood out with delicious food.

Warm, exclusive and luxury atmosphere with exceptional service from welcome to farewell. Broad range of well selected food and drinks, both for breakfast and dinner, including selection of wines and cocktails. Nicely structured and well maintained facilities, including room, restaurant, pools and club room. We‘ve been here for the second time and we will come back!

Fantastic everything. For kiters is the best solution ever. good for sports and relax (Gym, Sauna, Spa).

Top Hotel, top Service We loved the breakfast (poached eggs, lokal food like delicious humus). Also the reception is on top international level. We stayed 2 enjoyable nights in a lovely swim up suite. Nicely decorated, modern design, easy luxury atmosphere. If something was missing, then a spa with sauna within the hotel facilities. The music at the pool could be more discreet at least in the morning hours. However, a top notch hotel in Hurghada.

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were fantastic great variety of food and the staff provide excellent service. The beach was great, very relaxing, staff at the beach were awesome also. Great Spa team, I found the massages so relaxing. Also I think there was a great atmosphere at the hotel it's like one big happy family. I think you definitely get good value for money at Sinbad hotel and a boat excursion to orange beach is a must. Staff in general were awesome and very helpful.

Customer service was awesome. Plenty of variety during breakfast, lunch and evening meal. Fantastic customer service at the lobby bar. The cleanliness of the rooms was fantastic, the cleaners were awesome. shout out to Mahmoud getting my drinks by the pool, also Rudy and Mohammed at the Spa offering great service along with all the spa workers, massage ladies were great. If you are looking for somewhere where you can truly relax and be pampered then this is the place.

-Warm welcome, special thanks to Mohamed -beautiful western standards room -Contrary to some comments, hot water, various food, I loved especially the pancakes for the breakfast which were delicious. -the beach. Exquisite, now I know what a coral barrier reef looks like. For those who love snorkelling, the view under the water was amazing. -Sauna, Hammam, Turkish bath , massage -affordable price. -close to the center of Hurghada and close to the airport, I really recommend this place which is a little peace of heaven.
