The check-in was amazing, they gave us some champagne for a welcome and the whole check-in was smooth. The rooms are amazing, spacious, the bathroom the bed.. and the bed is the most comfortable bed i have slept in (pillows are very soft and comfortable)! The decorations outside, inside really such a beautiful hotel.

Breakfast was fabulous and had a lot of variety. There was a special dish corner every day. The fruits and fresh juices were my highlight. We booked the Star Prestige option which was definitely worth it. We had a priority check in and they let us park in the staff parking for the first night which was so convenient for us after a whole day of travelling. Star Prestige and Non Star Prestige Pool areas were immaculate! The room was very clean and I have to highlight the housekeeping! I have never had better housekeeping in any hotel. They came several times to make sure we had fresh towels the mini bar was restocked (free for star prestige) and they put a mini praline chocolate for both of us every day. The attention to detail was amazing. Although it’s high season it was so relaxing at the pool areas it didn’t feel overcrowded at any point.

Our stay at Royal Hideaway Corales Villas in Tenerife was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by elegance and tranquility! The villa was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking ocean views that made every morning feel like a postcard. The breakfast was exceptional – fresh and varied! The entire staff was warm and attentive, always making sure we felt pampered and cared for. A special mention goes to Roana, our waitress during several of our meals. She was a true gem – kind, genuine, and always smiling. Her energy brought such a lovely vibe to each day, and her service was beyond excellent. She made us feel like more than guests – like we were truly welcome. We left with beautiful memories! This place is not just a hotel – it’s an experience.

The hotel is perfectly located in Costa Adeje close to the beach and great restaurants. Everything from check-in to check-out went very smoothly and the staff were wonderful throughout our stay and took care of eveything we needed. The room and all the amenities are excellent and very suitable for families with children of all ages. The breakfast and dinner were also very good, good verity of all kinds of flavours and everything fresh and delicious.

The hotel provided a wide range of local and international products for breakfast, all of them of superb quality. The room was clean and spacious, the air conditioner worked well and quietly. It came as a pleasant surprise that the pools have salt water, resembling the ocean. The waterfalls at and behind the pools are amazing. Getting to the ocean through the backdoor of the hotel is not only comfortable, but it also provides a breath-taking passage through jungle-like vegetation if one is taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

We had an absolutely amazing room with one of the most comfortable bed and pillows i have ever encountered in the hotels. The whole territory of the hotel is so great, full of beautiful plants, cozy and stylish lounge areas. As we travelled with the baby it was very nice to have an opportunity to walk around with the stroller, everything is easily accessible with the stroller, also heated pool was appreciated by us and the baby. The location is great as well, with the direct access to the beautiful beach and a promenade along the shore. All the communication with the staff was super positive, they are professional and at the same time friendly and funny. We mostly were ordering dinners from the room service and it was all very nicely organised: fast, beautifully arranged and quite good quality, i was only missing some sauces to the meat and fish, in the result the dishes seemed a bit dry.
