We felt very welcomed. I liked the nice little items for comfort, like slippers, paper bag, jellies and felt warmness of hand written messages. The rooms were well cleaned and nicely prepared, the attention to detail in furnishings, and comfort of the room was excellent. There are so many good qualities here that you can't find in big hotels, and my colleagues were happy to stay here, too.

One of the best hotels we have ever been. The room was very spacious and silent. The bed was huge and super comfortable. Beautiful cozy bathroom. Perfect location at 15 min walk to the Guggenheim and 10 minutes to the old city center. In the area there are very good pintxos bar and restaurants ignored by tourists.
