The hotel was excellent overall. Staff were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect for visit to close-by Guggenheim and a concert that evening in the Euskalduna Concert Hall. Breakfast was high quality.

Clean, spacious and the finishing was very classy. The front desk was very friendly and helpful too, we had a free upgrade to a room one tier above as there was availability during our period of stay.
