Everything really, it was a perfect place to spend with a family cant say a bad word about it. SPECIAL THANK TO the staff at reception ( Hi Roberto! ) they were so helpful throughout our stay and specially at the and when I realized we booked wrong dates and we had to leave the property in a 20minutes (with a child and unpacked….) to catch out flight…They reacted very promptly, made no fuss out it( we wouldn’t manage otherwise) THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!

The staff ( mainly the guys) are super friendly with kids. Really nice location with the botanic garden. 5 min walking to the Mogan beach and centrum. We had a sunny spaceous family room looking at the pool and could see the ocean as well. We asked for it and they fulfilled, despite they say upfront they never guarantee.. Beds are very comfortable. Heated pool to 27-28 is exceptional 😀 All in all... fantastic place, worth to return !!

Location of the hotel is very nice - the first line of the beach. Beautiful sunsets! Choice food of the buffet restaurant is good, always have a fresh fruits and smoothies. Beds are comfortable.

Great hotel in the centre of Maspalomas. Walking distance to the Yumbo centrum and all the clubs, restaurants. Great pool and sun loungers with plenty of space. We've been here several times and never have seen it empty around the pool. The units each have one bedroom, open plan kitchen unit with lounge area and balcony. Room service each day and staff very friendly, I wish I can mention all of them but do remember the two friendly guys at reception (Alvaro & Pancho). Thank you guys, for making our stay so great. We will definitely come back!
