Staff were very helpful. Professional and friendly.

The hotel has a great location close to the beach and some of the main areas of the city. Amenities are very comfortable and prices for beverages in the hotel are great too. Breakfast is plenty of options and food is super fresh. We also decided to have dinner one night and it was delicious. I forgot my Airpods in my room and the staff promptly helped me to ship back to my house in Czech Republic. Would definitely stay another time if visiting Lloret de mar.

Beautiful hotel, food really good loads of choice and lovely pools for children. Staff on reception so nice. Our housekeeper was so helpful, had an issue with the beds on arrival which she sorted, lovely to the children, nothing was to much trouble. Will be back next summer

Me and my family have been going to the aquarium hotel for years now and everyone there has always been so welcoming and friendly and we absolutely love it there.

I'm so grateful for the perfect vacation it provided. It was the ideal place. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Our room was spacious, light, with a balcony overlooking the sea and a nearby road, but the traffic noise was barely noticeable. For those who are as sensitive to noise as I am, bringing earplugs. During our stay, we had access to two pools - one for children and a huge one for adults. The adult pool was really large. We even joined in on some aqua aerobics sessions, which were so much fun. highly recommended The staff was incredibly polite, always checking in on how we were enjoying our time. And the food! It was absolutely incredible!! We had breakfasts + dinners with a wide variety of dishes - seafood, meats, vegetables, desserts, paella, churros, and fresh fruits. Clean!!
