The location was perfect. The view from my terrace was wonderful and the service was very nice and professional. The food was incredible in all places. Special mention to Dayana at Skybar, a wonderful place with incredible Madrid views, Yosseft from the Lobby Bar, and Ismelly and Hector, bell boys.They are wonderful people who do their work with dedication and professionalism. The Riu Plaza Espana was the best decision to stay in this beautiful city and its staff has 5 starts . I highly recommend it.

everything was excellent. the location is great, in the Heart of the Madrid’s centre, next to gran via with many shops and restaurant. you can walk to all the main attractions of the city and also there is metro and bus stations. The room was big, spotlessly clean, with all the amenities, big tv and bed. the general decoration and atmosphere of the hotel were ideal. Also, the very friendly and helpful staff adds many points to the great experience. The best reception we have experienced. Worths the money, we totally recommend it.

Very good and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast. Especially very kind reception staff(Ms Daniela),when I checked in, I asked one thing to other staff that was to find out the mass time at Catholic church near by on coming Easter day and this was forwarded to Daniela. And I was surprised by Daniela's one page summary covering all information on mass time table.It was perfect! Due to her support I was able to participate Easter mass with no difficulty. Thanks Daniela.

Thanks a lot to a wonderful lady at the reception, whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask, but we arrived at 9:30 and luckily our room was already free and clean and she check us in free of charge! And it was exactly what we needed cause we were too tired after a long night bus trip. (of course we were just lucky and it depends on the availability of the rooms but still - big shoutout to the staff for that ❤️🙌 The location is amazing, right in the centre of the city.
