Location of the hotel is very nice - the first line of the beach. Beautiful sunsets! Choice food of the buffet restaurant is good, always have a fresh fruits and smoothies. Beds are comfortable.

It was such a relaxing place for us! we had a duplex, with lot of space, but good valie for money. Two comfy bedrooms with soft and nice clean smell sheets, two bathrooms, a separate space with a washing machine which was really helpful if you have a longer vacation. Both bedrooms had a door that takes you to a large terrace, facing the pool. Upstairs was the living room and an open kitchen, equipped with everything you need, including a big fridge and a dishwasher. There was a second balcony, with a table and chairs for enjoying the morning coffee or the evening wine. The apartment is super clean! About the area, is quiet and perfect located, close to the most beautiful beaches of the island, Anfi del Mar and Amadores. There are supermarkets nearby, but it helps if you have a car to reach them. If you have a car, there is parking available in front of the building or in the underground parking. The communication with the hosts was also very good! We have visited the entire island and I can say that Arguineguin is one of the best and we will return for sure to the same location and accommodation!

Multiple activities for kids: a water play area, a playroom, animation arranged in the evenings. Great to stay with family. The pools are heated and water was comfortable to swim in. The location of the rooms and terrace facing the sun gave an opportunity to sun bathe on the balcony if you want to. Nearby you have a supermarket, multiple restaurants, and the walk to the closest beach is around 15 mins.

The staff ( mainly the guys) are super friendly with kids. Really nice location with the botanic garden. 5 min walking to the Mogan beach and centrum. We had a sunny spaceous family room looking at the pool and could see the ocean as well. We asked for it and they fulfilled, despite they say upfront they never guarantee.. Beds are very comfortable. Heated pool to 27-28 is exceptional 😀 All in all... fantastic place, worth to return !!

Everything but particularly the staff. They are obviously well trained and are really customer focused! With a few issues we had they dealt with it professionally and could make decisions! In fact we had the feeling all knew who we were and were really helpful and happy to work with, from cleaning staff through to front of desk. We did have an issue with booking.com
