We are very satisfied with the hotel. The service and the restaurant were perfect. I can only recommend this place, this is the second time we have booked here. We were from July 1st to July 4th (our room was 437) but our flight was changed and our changed flight only left the next day. The professionalism of the hotel reception and luck were such that they were able to give us another night. They arranged everything for us, with great help. In the end, a very tip-top hotel. I can only recommend it.

Neptuno is a great hotel. Fantastic staff, everybody meets you with a smile and hello. Very helpful. Rooms are wonderful, we with had one with oceanview and view of the old town. Will be happy to stay there again.

This seafront hotel offers direct access to Playa de la Mar Menuda Beach where you can chill, practice snorkel, kayaking, paddle surf or find more variety of water sports around.

As for the time to this hotel, it was really a surprise for us to discover the clearness and the warm welcoming of the staff. We really enjoy our stay there and could recommend it for other risk takers. The nice special side is the staff and the food (breakfast has many choices as well as the diner). The hotel is quite also well located nearby all the facilities (bus station, stores, restaurants, discos, entertainments places ) and the beach is not far as well….
