Location was a fair distance from Madrid Central but commutable by train. Reception welcomed in a friendly manner and answered all my questions. Buffet breakfast good.

The hotel has everything you need for a relaxing stay: a swimming pool, spa, paddle courts, and a modern gym with all the essential equipment. We regretted not bringing sportswear — the gym was great and we would have loved to use it. Our room was spacious with a view of the pool, a very large and comfortable bed, crisp white linens, bathrobes, and slippers. The bathroom was well-equipped — even included a toothbrush and toothpaste. Breakfast was tasty — I recommend including it in your booking. There’s also a nice summer terrace, restaurant, and conference room on-site. A cozy place with a resort-like atmosphere — perfect for a relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely come back for a longer stay!

We had an incredible experience staying in this comfortable apartment during our trip to Madrid! The apartment easily accommodated our group of 8 people. The space is modern, clean, and with comfortable beds. The apartment also has great amenities like fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Location-wise, the apartment is in a fantastic spot—close to public transport, restaurants, and major attractions, making it easy to explore Madrid. A special mention to the hosts, who were incredibly attentive and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering great recommendations for restaurants and sights, and they were always available if we had any questions. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling with a larger group to Madrid. The comfort, location, and outstanding hospitality made our stay unforgettable!

Great location - 15 min walk from the Atocha train station, 10 - 15 min walk to the Sophia Reina museum, the Prado museum, and the Retiro Park. There are many restaurants and shops located near the hotel and along the charming side streets. We loved the hotel and our room - the staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite room with a terrace and pool - beautiful, comfortable and modern suite. Highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel is in a very good location, just in front of the Prado Museum, but in a side nice street quiet and with plenty of cozy platas bars. The staff was helpful and allowed us a slightly late check out according to our train schedule. Ver nice details such as boxed water in reception, to take away for the walking, free fruits and biscuits all day. Best of all the brand new shower.
