Everything. I was positively surprised to receive very kind message from Villa Foch Team, in the hotel in the other city where we have moved to after Bordeaux. That was really a little thing but a lot in terms of customer follow up treatment.

A genuine, warm welcome on arrival, which was appreciated. The room was spacious with the most comfortable bed, and the views were wonderful. Easy access to the old town with the tram and direct access on foot to other amenities and events beside the hotel. The spa had a lovely thermal suite, and the rooftop bar had a nice chilled atmosphere. The breakfast was plentiful and was also served on the rooftop with great views of the surrounding area.

We had a great stay thanks to the wonderful location and incredibly helpful staff. The property is centrally located to bars, shopping, sightseeing and transit (helpful for cute du vin museum). The staff were very helpful arranging dinner reservations, recommendations and offering drinks in the lobby. The butler provided cocktails at the lobby bar as well as valet car service for a premium experience. The spa was a lovely added option included in the stay, and with no other visitors to the pool and sauna private spa to ourselves for the night.

Directly opposite the Grand Théâtre, this 5-star hotel is in the heart of the historic centre of Bordeaux.
