The location is very central but in a quite area. The rooms are very spacious . The staff was very friendly. Great value for the money.

The house is stunning. It’s all about the details in the room, everything was here for us from the beach towels, the bathrobes, even the tire-bouchon! You wouldn’t get such a large room with these standards for that price a a hotel. Vanessa was virtually here for us if we needed anything and being on full autonomy had never been so easy and so pleasant 10 out of 10 without any doubt :)

Our second stay here. Says it all! Friendly reception, same suite as last year: spacious, clean, comfortable 👌. For us, the perfect location. Ten minutes to the shops, restaurants and harbour. But surrounded by the park, you can also enjoy a rural walk. Across the road, there is the little Animal Park, and two minutes more, and you're at the little beach ⛱️ 😀 😎. Highly recommend the beach bar for snacks etc.

Le Champlain is located opposite Parc Charruyer in the heart of La Rochelle. It offers spacious air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen cable TV and free WiFi.

Excellent variety of fresh fruits, artisanal breads and cereals for breakfast, with a great choice of teas and coffees Safe and secure throughout, lovely swimming pool and outside area, peaceful and calm. Hosts very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Great décor!
