All of the staff went above and beyond, consistently good service, helpful and polite. The team helping guests with their skis and equipment were brilliant, it made the whole trip effortless which is exactly what you want and need after a day on the slopes. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Meribel centre and ski lifts to ski in/out of the hotel. Massages at the spa were excellent. The concierge service was amazing, they managed last minute dinner reservations and suggested some great restaurants. We found the shuttle service super helpful and never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to be dropped off or collected. The beds were really comfy, luxurious toiletries and thoughtful extras in the room. We were really impressed and loved every minute of our stay, it's a true 5* hotel, we will be back!

neat, spotless and well furnished. The highlight must be the service of the front desk and the young men are super attentive and nothing is too much trouble. enjoyed this stay more than my last on at Meribel in a 5star. well done team Le savoy.

Amazing hotel, reception team are very helpful and provide excellent service. Hotel Ski rent shop is also incredible. equipment and service is just above expectation. the hotel location is just on the slope. the room was very clean.

It was very conveniently located across the street from Aquamotion; it was literally a 2 min walk from my room to the pool. The ski locker room was amazing with individual blowers for all my gear. It was awesome to have basically a private chairlift right outside the locker room. Breakfast was great with alot of variety, and the dining room and space were beautiful. The staff were friendly and attentive. This resort made my trip to Courchevel feel very luxurious and relaxing!

Excellent hotel with authentic, cozy, natural wood design and stylish details. The atmosphere is very friendly, like being home. Kids friendly with play room. Delicious food in the restaurant, wonderful and very rich breakfast. Very comfortable beds, all new. Nice spa and warm swimming pool, excellent spa treatments. There is free ski shuttle bus service, the stop is just in front of the hotel.

Excellent location! Modern apartment in a lovely building. Ski storage is also a massive bonus to save carrying after a day on the mountain. Lovely welcome gift, very thoughtful. Excellent communication from the owner!
