All of the staff went above and beyond, consistently good service, helpful and polite. The team helping guests with their skis and equipment were brilliant, it made the whole trip effortless which is exactly what you want and need after a day on the slopes. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Meribel centre and ski lifts to ski in/out of the hotel. Massages at the spa were excellent. The concierge service was amazing, they managed last minute dinner reservations and suggested some great restaurants. We found the shuttle service super helpful and never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to be dropped off or collected. The beds were really comfy, luxurious toiletries and thoughtful extras in the room. We were really impressed and loved every minute of our stay, it's a true 5* hotel, we will be back!

Top location: the hotel is at the slopes, where 3 gondola lifts start - to Courchevel, Meribel and Val Thorence. On the way back you may ski down a slope directly to the hotel, enabling you to ski till the lifts close. Nice ambiance: wood mostly, a fireplace in the bar area. Food is phenomenal! Rich breakfast and exceptional gourmet dinners. Compliments to the chef! We were HB, had oysters, duck magre, beef with chestnuts and mushrooms, foia gras…. Then a wheelcart with a wide variety of cheese comes… and there is a dessert corner where we had fresh raspberries, home made chocolate with nuts, amazing panacotta and a variety of pastries. Staff is attentive and polite. I had high quality sleep, and generally I have very fragile sleep. The hotel was extremely quiet in the sleeping hours. Spa: two small saunas, a large steambath, a swimming pool and a relax area. A small, but well equipped gym. A squash. All very clean, and maintained at the proper temperature. Hotel location is also very convenient for travel, as the bus stop is literally 200 m from it. We arrived by bus from Geneva airport. Many many thanks for our wonderful ski vacation!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here! The staff was very helpful in arranging transportation, storing our luggage, etc. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a short or long-term stay for either couples or familes.

    Breakfast and dinner buffets were fantastic to feed 2 late teenagers! The spa outdoor hot tub indoor pool were all great! Could t believe only had 3 stars! The ABBA night was loved by the whole family!

    Quiet corner of Meribel Mottaret but close to the ski slopes, ski in and out, has 2 hot tubs (outdoor and indoor) for soaking after a whole day of skiing. Indoor swimming pools. Great breakfast, well stocked bar, separate ski boot and skis rooms, spa showers in the room with shower products from L’Occitane. Great selection of appetisers and desserts for dinner. Great seafood meal with sushi, prawns, langoustines and oysters on one evening was the highlight of the weeks stay Excellent ski shop ski2000 in the same building.
